Colony Realty Partners

Colony Realty Partners ("CRP") is a privately held real estate investment company that acquires and manages commercial real estate properties on behalf of many of the world's leading institutional investors, including pension funds, public corporations, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and family trusts.

CRP was founded in 2005 by Managing Principals Henry Brauer, Scott Freeman and Mark Harmeling in partnership with Colony Capital. The founding principals have more than eight decades of combined real estate experience. Together, they have successfully acquired and managed more than $7 billion of commercial real estate over the past 20 years.

About UsSince 2005, CRP has acquired a portfolio of more than 175 individual investments at a cost of over $4.5 billion, and including over 1,600 commercial tenants and more than 7,200 multifamily units.  These investments are located throughout the United States in 22 major metro areas and include office, industrial, multifamily, and retail properties.

CRP's primary investment strategy is to generate strong and consistent returns by acquiring and managing diversified real estate portfolios with solid foundations of cash flow. With a focus on small to medium sized properties, CRP's average investment is approximately $30 million. CRP's deal sourcing capabilities and market knowledge and relationships allow us to execute quickly on transactions while still adhering to disciplined due diligence procedures. Once these transactions have closed, CRP seeks to maintain a low asset to asset manager ratio, which allows for an intensive and comprehensive hands-on approach to maximizing value.
